QuickBooks Training and Support

QuickBooks and Quicken software is designed by Intuit to enable small business owners to effectively and efficiently run their business. As a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, we receive training on the software and its applications as well as updates on the latest improvements and upgrades.

We provide assistance in a variety of QuickBooks functions, including the initial company setup and training on the entry of accounting information: invoicing, receipts, accounts payable, check writing, bank reconciliation, and credit card transaction to name a few. Our training can be done on-site at the client’s place of business or in our offices. We also provide support via WebEx.

Payroll Service

We offer 3 levels of payroll service:

Stub Service - The customer faxes or emails the company timesheet from which we produce the payroll figures and check stubs. The check stubs are faxed back to the client. We provide the client with all of the information to print checks off of their system, including the payroll and payroll liability checks.
Check System - We use the clients’ timesheet to prepare actual paychecks and liability checks which are then returned to the client for signature and disbursements.
Trust Account Service - We prepare the actual paychecks and liability checks that are drawn on a Trust account. We sign and disburse the checks and the client reimburses us for the payroll. We assume the responsibility for the timely filing of the quarterly and year-end reports.

Business Services

Business Formation - Choosing the form of the business entity has long-term tax consequences that need to be considered. We assist our clients by explaining the benefits and drawbacks of the various options and once the decision is made, help with the appropriate paperwork. This includes registering the corporation, maintaining corporate records, applying for an assumed name, and obtaining Federal and State ID numbers.
Corporate Good Standing - For a company to maintain its good standing with the State of California, it is required to submit information on a regular basis. Such information includes, but is not limited to, Articles of Incorporation, Biennial/Annual reports, statements of registered agents. We assist our clients in maintaining their corporate standing.
